I purchased a 2004 BMW from F.A.M. and I noticed there was a defect in the sun shade for the moonroof. Not only did Jim, the general sales manager bust his hump searching high and low to find a new one, but they also detailed the car so well that it looked like new by the time I picked it up. The search for the obscure part set the delivery date back a bit, but Jim called me every day and updated me on where the part was and when it was expected in, and when I'd finally be able to pick up the car. It took an extra week, but I now own what looks and feels like a new BMW for the price of a much older one.
