I just purchased windows from Evans Glass and they are paying my bill. They are sending a check for $638.42 to my utility company. It is a new program they are starting. They said there rivals say they will save up to %40 percent energy on there bills but there is no way to prove it. So Evans Glass is paying it forward. Kind of a cool idea.
