These people quoted me 1 week to repair my vehicle; it is now going on week 3. The receptionists continually gave me the run-around about when my car would be finished, and why it was taking so long. I talked to members of management when this became clear, and received the same treatment. Upfront honestly, and notification of holdups would have gone a long way in improving this ""experience"" with Hidy Collision. If you need your vehicle back quickly (like if you cant shell out the cash for a rental), and they start pouring honey in your ears about ""how fast they'll get it done"" be sure to get that in writing...
Pros: Always awnsered the phone on the 1st ring
Cons: took almost 3 weeks to get my car back for simple repairs
