Expecting full refund for unused warranty which was guaranteed. Customer obligated to turn in very specific required paperwork within 30 day window of certain mileage. With that done, I feel company is looking for any reason to keep my money even though I have done everything necessary within their timeframe and have all copies to prove it. Refund Department Manger, Nichole, very rude, spoke down to me, which in turn gave me an attitude. Very Unhappy with company. Will tell all my friends, family and co-workers to steer clear of Signet warrantys.
