a friend of mine went back to the counter because her order was wrong and the owner snatched it out of her hand and made sarcastic remarks. even the customer next to her made a comment about how rude he was. when he gave her the new sandwich, he sneered and made even more rude comments. i could even tell how bitter a person he was from across the restaurant. i will not support a business where management is ignorant. i will also be sure to tell all my neighbors and friends.
