Saturday morning, 8:00 a.m.. I went down to basement to get my golf clubs and saw the back-up on the basement floor.
I called roto rooter. The woman was friendly. She told me so one would be by in 1-2 hours.
Gilbert showed up in about an hour. Knew exactly what the problem was and spent all the time needed to fix it, and fix it correctly.
Even gave me advise on how to prevent it in the future.
