This is a great place to work if you are willing to put the work in. I have worked here for over 4 years and loved it. It is not easy and like any job there are hard days. But if you want to work hard you will see success. It is not the place to work if you want to work 9-5 or a 40 hour work week. It is a Sales Organization so you must enjoy socializing and spending time with new people or you will not enjoy it. The people are fantastic and the growth is second to none. At no other organization this size can you move up into leadership so quickly and learn so much in such a short period of time. Insight Global has set me up for success for my entire life and I wouldn't trade it for anything. This is a place for a career not a job.
Pros: Wonderful opportunity and fantastic people.
Cons: Alot of long hours and hard work.
