He was friendly, professional, courteous and when right to work. Within 30 minutes my kitchen was flowing freely. My experience with Roto-Rooter far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I made the call, to the time the technician left my house communication with the was great, the service was timely, the overall interaction was extremely positive. Let?s face, when your drain is jammed up and you?ve got no where else to turn, it would be easy for any company to treat you however they wanted and charge you whatever they want. But this is not the case with Roto-Rooter. They service was exceptional and the price completely fair and it?s guaranteed. I would gladly call them again without hesitation.
