Lets just stay they stick you with charges after its suppose to be covered under warranty, and then they try to fix it but cant figure it out and charge you some more money just to look at it? Very unprofessional and the female that answer the phone (Celia) is horrible with customer Service, even her own men talked trash about her and said she is a penny pincher! Dont let Jaime sell you thier service, it horrible, over priced, and then they dont even call you back!!!
