Food is great, but if you love the feeling of being hounded by your server because she has nothing else to do or NO other tables to tend to, then this is the place for you. Unfortunately, this place doesn't seem to show up on many people's radars, and it's obvious why. When you drive by it, you have no idea what IT is. It looks like a house on a hill, not a restaurant. And am I the only one who thinks that the name Preservation Kitchen sounds like the name of a soup kitchen? I had written a review about how great the restaurant is, but now I feel like it's such a shame that people don't know where to go in Bothell for really really good food because between the fruit market and the auto body shop, it looks like a vacant lot.
Pros: Best prime rib I have ever had in my life
Cons: It's a ghost town
