I recently had them out. They upset me so much, this is the first review I""ve written for a company. First off they were an hour late. All I wanted was 3 rooms clean and the guy kept trying to sell me stuff and kept pushing some scotchguard protector stuff on me, like a used car salesman. When I wouldn't buy more he got to work and was in & out in about 1/2 hour. He didnt really get the stains out and the traffic areas were still dark. Plus it took almost 3 days for the carpet to dry. I called and complained, they told me the owner would call me back. Its been almost 2 weeks and still haven't heard back, not that it matter I dont want them back. He also dumped his dirty water from his machine in my yard....Not happy about that.....
Cons: Late, didnt do good work.
