The service is not comprehensive. Once the order left the desk to another, the previous person will not care what happened to the order as if that is not their job anymore since it is out of their desk. Everything seemed good until the scheduling department screwed up. No one follow up and bother to call when they decided to put a 5 weeks delay on the installation. Once the order was paid, they can care less if any delay will affect their customer's construction schedule. Repeated attempt to get explanations from them also all ignored. Will not recommend them or if anybody must use them make sure they are clear that Screens & Things won't bother at all to inform you in reasonable time if your installation will be late.
