I have received calls on week-ends from this company asking for my business...even though I was already a customer. I had three homes on contract. They FORCED me to get service on all three at the same time and called incessantly until I gave in. When this caused a hardship they would not work with me and canceled my contract asking for $600 to reinstate. This is after they took $187.25 to do the work which should have been covered for a year. But when I went to sell the house 6 months later, they told me that they would not do it because they wanted a new contract. Bad at explaining and very rude and inconsiderate people.
Cons: sales people are pushy, rude, and do not act reasonably.
