Not only is their customer service bad but their accountability for their trade is even worse! I didn't realize they installed my stereo incorrectly until my mechanic could not receive a diagnostics code from the car's computer, he told me to go back to the place the head-unit was installed, which was alarm-tronics, and have them correct their wiring error. I was left rude messages on my phone, received rudely when I arrived and told point blank that they would not work on my car because it was not their error and there was nothing wrong with the equipment. AFTER it sat in their car lot all day, they decide to call and say that. The mechanic said it would only take about 20 minutes of labor and the disconnected the computer wire would be fixed. Now I will have to take my car elsewhere and pay about 200 in labor just to fix THEIR!!!!! mistake. Don't take your car here, it just might not run as well after they touch it and they have no acountability for their work. Cons: service is horrible!!! more
