Here at Greg?s Garage we send every customer a follow up letter asking how there experience was. If a customer CHOOSES not to repond to that letter, we have no way of knowing there is still an issue. We stand behind our work, and try make sure every customer is satisfied. We are human and mistakes can be made, but given the chance, we will repair them.
