I had been thinking about getting a tattoo for a long time, and I finally decided to take the leap. I had friends recommend Tattoo Jungle so I thought it was a good way to go. The girl that helped me at the front desk was pretty nice. It was clear that I had never gotten a tattoo before, and I really didn't know what I was doing. So, I appreciated her help with everything. After that it was horrible though. I had talked with the girl and it was written on the sheet given to the artist that I was getting a small white tattoo. clearly there were some communication problems between the front desk and and the artist because I ended up with a black cross. Huge mistake. When I saw it and freak out, the artist blamed it on me. He said I should have double checked on the color. We had discussed size and shape and everything, and I saw it on the paper so it's not like I just went in and didn't talk about it at all. Then he just walked out of the room still acting like it was my fault. I heard him and the girl from the front desk yelling at each other in the back. Then he came back in and said I could come back in two weeks and he would try to do something about it. He never apologized or offered a refund. Of course, I didn't go back I went to another tattoo place and they did the best they could to make it what I wanted. Even before the mess up, the artist was really rude. I will say that the healing process was fine, and I had no problems with infection.
