well i am suprised to read these claims. but everytime i go there they have a good sence of humor they are also very kind and willing to go through h%^# for you. and i can see the people in front of me giving them tips for doing a wonderful job HAND DRYING the windows that shows how deticated they are 2 there work. and they arnt trying to be lazy by doin a half @$$ job. so i would reccomend this car wash to anybody. (unless if u drive a lamborgini, a porche, merceades, a pimped out corvette,or a ferrari, or u got OCD!!!!)
