I moved to Raleigh Nov. '08, and have been searching for a tattoo artist since then. I had taken a design I wanted to a tattoo shop in the area and told them I wanted it as it was drawn, with no black outline. The man behind the counter proceeded to tell me that it would look better with the outline, and that it would look stupid without it. So I left and got on Citysearch and found Phoenix Tattoo, and scheduled a consult with Stacie. She was very understanding with what I wanted, and told me an alternative to the black outline, and my tattoo turned out fantastic. I will always go back to Stacie, I have at last found an artist in Raleigh!
