So this one-man-show puts up a good website and sells his wares, but he's careless and sends me the wrong product. To get a refund or exchange, Scott Smiledge (the professed owner) expects me to pay the shipping to return this item because he screwed up. Oh yea, the BBB logo on his website? Forget it! According to the BBB's website, he's not a BBB member, in fact, they give him an F. Live chat also doesn't really exist--it's ALWAYS offline. His phone number works, and while he gets points for the hokey vampire imitation on the voice mail system, you'll never talk to a live person.
