After reading through most of the negative reviews, it has become obvious that they are made by disgruntled, previous (non-professional) employees and probably the staff of Meineke across the street.
We have had our 3 cars serviced here for over a year and have always been very pleased with the results.
Pros: Usually fast, always good
Cons: Coffee stinks
