We had made a reservation for a prom, and the limo was over 1 hour late showing up. When it showed up, it was a smaller limo than what we had paid for. The driver gave no explanation. We had to sit on the floor for us to all fit in the limo. The limo had no ac, the cd player did not work, and the limo had rust all around the outside. It was embarrasing. They never gave me a refund for the smaller car being sent. They limos are portable Toilets with wheels. They are disgusting in every aspect.
