We've spent a lot of money in this store and several of the employees are exemplary while others are just so-so and one is intolerable.
There is a dark headed male manager, who is very nice and very willing to help with problems and make things right if something goes wrong.
ON THE OTHER HAND, there is a female assistant manager who is a complete jerk! Her attitude sucks. She is not friendly and she can't be bothered if there is a problem. She could care less about customers and is often rude. If she were the only management at that store, we'd never go there ! If she's on duty, we leave and go to Office Depot.
We've purchased cameras, laser printers, office supplies, paper, fax machines, ink and toner, etc. at Staples. The tech guys seem to very knowledgeable - especially Bird.
If you shop there, you should get the Staples Reward Card that gives you credit to be used on future purchases. Also, Staples gives $3 per toner cartridge that you recycle. The Reward Card issues
