The Anonymous review I have just read is nothing more than a frustrated man who didn't get what he wanted. My husband and I moved here from Maryland last August and absolutely love it here. Everyone is extremely friendly. I have never felt more safe in a community in all of my apartment experiences. Everyday I see children playing outside in the grasses, people walking their dogs and the gorgeous views of the mountains and lake Washington which is why we are on a hill duh!. It is perfectly located between Seattle and Bellevue, and you could walk/ride a bike to the amazing dog park/shopping. The main highway is hidden from sight and is also within a miles distance...this guy had no idea what hes talking about. This is truely a beautiful well kept community that provides all of the essentials with a bit of luxury. The process of getting the apartment was a bit of a pain, but completely worth it. He has not a CLUE what a ghetto is obviously because this is by far a wonderful place to live
