I have ben using this guy for years. Of course I have an old Royal solid steel vacuum and it doesn't beed nuch service beyond belts and bags so I don't see him much. He is a really straight shooter and I may be getting the first servicing she has had.
I like this guy and recommend him to anybody who wants no frills, good service and no hype. If you ant glitzy stuff that breaks easily he's not youor man.
