I was very disappointed in the service I received from this office. I was sent for blood work. I was told that the office would fax the order to the lab for the following morning. However when I arrived at the lab there was no paper work. I called the office and was told that the nurse practitioner had the paper with her. She was not at the office yet. I waited at the lab for another twenty minutes until the fax was finally sent. The lab report was to be mailed to my primary physician for follow up. After waiting two weeks to hear from my dr. , I called his office.\r
He had never received the report. When I called Dr Jones office no apology, just we'lll fax it over now. This is my health were dealing with! Never again.
