The store looks like it is ready to go out of business and based on the way the staff feels that they can speak to customers it is not surprising. Both woman that I dealt with acted like they couldn't be bothered with me and when I was finally pushed to the limit and walked out of the store I said maybe you should be a little nicer to your customers the assistant manager said ""maybe we need better customers"". Maybe they need a lesson in customer service! I don't buy the ""getting someone on a bad day"". It is unacceptable. Got to Hartsdale Fabrics and Michael's. You will be better off.\r
