We bought a brand new Nissan here. We were kept waiting for several hours to finalize a sale. Our salesperson quit half way through the sale (as in left the company!) so we had to continue with a new salesperson.
The financing person was border line rude with us. Complaining about how long the day was but we were kept waiting for almost 4 hours. They had a week prior to get everything in order but waited until the last minute to do it.
They had to call us multiple times to finalize the sale even though the things they called about were already done once, twice before..
The woman at the front desk is annoying, talks like a trailer park stripper.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they sell Nissans. In the end, what does it matter for sales other than I won't go back.
And now reading the other reviews, I'll be taking my car somewhere else for maintenance as well.
Nissan = good cars , Kline = no thanks
Pros: they sell Nissans
Cons: slow staff, unfriendly financing person
