i,ve had my vacuum from handy andys for over 19yrs now ,handy's tunes it up when needed and my vacuum runs like new . i had gotten tired of buying throw away vacuums that never lasted and did not work right in the first place i whould recommend handy andys to people who want quality vacuums and service
