The Ruarks have done a great job of offering a quality service in Sunbury for a while now. I appreciate their ability to communicate any unexpected changes and always ask before working on anything additional. Sometimes if it's not critically important, they are upfront and honest about it and tell me it can wait. As a guy on a tight budget, I can appreciate that. I'm a satisfied customer.
Pros: honest, friendly, reasonable, good techs
Cons: I always stand around talking to the guys too long!
