I wrote the review below, regarding the 2007 Honda Odyssey.
I guess my wife and I are ""Jinxed"" when it comes to buying new cars! I bought a new Toyota Venza a few weeks ago and on the very first day of driving it... I hit a dog that ran out on the highway!!!
These cars are just not built like '65 Chevy's anymore! A 35lb dog (now deceased), caused almost $3,000 damage.
For some reason beyond my comprehension, I took the car to the very same Haddock's that did so poorly with our Honda van.
Maybe due to the fact that they repair so many vehicles?
I dealt with Joe Leeworthy who was very polite and professional.
I read Joe the Riot Act, informing him of the circumstances regarding our previous experience and let him know that I expected perfection this time!
Joe took it all in stride and I got my car back promptly....and perfectly!
Joe...and Haddock's Collision Center Staff..... Thank You for restoring my confidence, and for doing such a great job!
