I was really impressed with the personalized service I received with Gove Security. They were always on time for their appointments which is always a plus. The tech called me within 24 hours of my BBB referral, so I had direct communication with him thoughout the whole process. I also like that Gove will not sell my contract with them to the monitoring company (COPS Monitoring), so if I have an issue, I call Gove directly and they will come out for the service call as opposed to having someone from the big company take care of the issue 5 days later. In addition, their prices are VERY competitve. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to secure their home with an alarm system.
