What make this apartment complex unique, is that the design is unusal. It is not like the regular apartment that i know, there are no neighbors living above you, more quiet nights, and a safe place to be. The laundry facility is just a minute walk, it is open 24hrs, well kept, and not forgetting the maintainence service is efficient. Your maintainence request are done on a timely order, prompt service. I would not trade this complex for another. I would recommend this Bay Vista to my family and friends.
Pros: Convient location, in the vicinity of shopping, restaurants.
Cons: No complains, moved here 1 month ago, and have no regrets.
