I went to shop for a dvr. I was looking at the big selection for a good amount of time, reading the info on the packages. 4 feet away from me were 3 employees, one was a manager. All 3 of them were talking personal gossip type talk amongst themselves. Not one of them noticed that I needed help or offered their help.
Cons: employees would not assist me
