The owner of Resource Mortgage is a real THIEF! The owner went as far as presenting us with FALSE G.F.E's and Truth in Lending Statements that reflected the rate we were promised. When we went to the closing table we still had the promised rate until the seller LEFT then we were presented with a new rate that went from 6.5 to 8.5. The owner of Resource Mortgage said this was only a temporary rate (for no more than 30 days) and there would be no additional cost to us to get the promised rate. Then 30 days later no call from them, 40 days no call from them, 60 days no call from them. FINALLY a call from them and they got the rate we were promised however this was at a HUGE fee to us rolled into the loan. The lender bought down the points with their huge commision from the refinance not to mention their huge commision on the first loan they processed. Do yourself a favor and learn from two people that got screwed!
