I have loved this place for three years now and went last weekend to get a haircut, I was 15 minutes late to the appointment and I did call in to let them know. Jimmy always knows what I need but this time my bangs are a disaster because they look as if I snipped them off with a saw and the reason I didn't notice it at the salon was because his assistant was a sweetheart to set the straightener on after she dried my hair so he could straighten my bangs because I was going out after but he said he couldn't do it since he didn't want the next customer to be waiting!! I mean I completely understand and apologized that I was late but I have been there many times to at least have him do me that favor and it would have taken just a minute. I am a student so I don't have a car and I can't afford to pay the cab to drop by to have him look at it and what can he do even after he looks at it, I mean my bangs are SO short! So yeah now I am stuck with short, messed up and ugly bangs (that I can't even pin up because they are shorter than I had asked them to be), enjoy your first visit and don't forget to get some cash because they don't accept credit cards!!! And yeah go if this is your first visit because after that I feel he just takes it for granted that you will show up next time too so he doesn't try!
