I purchased a gift there a month and a half ago and paid for shipping to have it sent to my mother. Ron was late sending the present by two weeks. When the gift arrived, it was broken secondary to poor packing. Not only does the owner not call back with left messages, he has yet to refund my money for the broken gift. It has been a month and a half and I still do not have a refund, and the owner still acts resistant to giving me my refund because he does not believe the gift arrived broken. This has been the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I am busy working with the better business bureau to get my problem corrected. I hope to save another customer from the same frustration and hassle I have been going through just because I wanted to buy my mother a nice gift.
