My daughter & I went to Milan Nails recently and had a horrible experience. As I sat down in the chair I saw a bug in the foot bath. The 2 girls that did our pedicures were rude. My heel was cut and has a deep gash that looks infected. After 10 minutes of waiting for our check we finally demanded it and was told my credit card wouldnt work (when I know there is a zero balance) gave them my ATM card. Only gave them a 10% tip b/c such horrible service and when I checked my bank statement they had added an extra 5%!! I will never go back.
Cons: Cut my foot, rude staff, unclean
