I just finished working with Tammy McNaught of Ban-Cal Property Management on a remodel project for two the rental units that she manages. I have to say I was extremely impressed with her. She followed through on everything that was going on and determinedly, but politely pushed the project through to completion. She immediately found and vetted a great new tenant in one unit and worked with the clients in the existing unit to keep them happy. If I owned property she would be managing it for me.
Pros: Tammy with BanCal does not miss a thing!
