i first took my computer to bestbuy and they told me my hd was bad and my info was gone. i had important info on it and decided to take it to get a second opinion. after talking with them i decided to leave it with them. the following day i was informed they COULD save my pictures and hundreds of albums i spent years saving. at just under $200 it was less than bestbuy wanted and they couldn't even save my data! i highly recommend them and will be going back for virus removal as i get them on a regular basis. hehe
