The manager jennifer is very RUDE to the employees she does not have the right character to treat the employees and customers. During the time I worked there I notice that this company constantly lost its customers and employees due to BAD treatment and RUDENESS of jennifer. She is very astute in lying and manipulating the owner, making him think that she is a ""good"" manager. Also, the owner IGNORES the complaints of the employees and believes every *@%! lie she says to his face.I quit because of jennifer's RUDENESS and because they did not always pay me all of my hours. Also, during my time in James Gerard Foods I notice the frustation of the employees that were there for necessity but not because they liked being treated like trash by jennifer. The company needs to LISTEN and treat their employees BETTER because in a business the employer and the employees are both equally ESSENTIAL. This company needs URGENTLY a manger that does not throw stuff, insult and abuse its employees. James Gerard Foods has very exelent food the ONLY thing that makes this company look bad is the manger, jennifer. Pros: Exelent and delicious food Cons: RUDE manager (jennifer) more
