It's always scary walking into a new salon after your old one has just butchered your hair. I walked in to Salon V9 and asked for help along with an appointment.
Andy was so gracious once he saw how bad my previous haircut (FROM ANOTHER SALON!) was. He patiently took the time to review my haircut and offered suggestions to fix it. Never in my wildest dreams did I think my bad cut could ever be fixed. I walked out of Andy's salon with the largest smile. Not only did he fix my hair but gave me a fabulous style. That fabulous style lasted for two months while I was traveling.
I've since been back for another haircut and happy to say that the time and quality are still there. I'm hooked and a client for life!
