I was really surprised to see any negative reviews about performance. I bought my bike here (Mongoose Amasa 2008) about 5 months ago and received nothing but great service, not to mention a great price! Being a beginner, a lot of things about biking can be pretty intimidating and the staff here made me feel really comfortable and confident about what/how I should spend my hard earned $$.
