Disappointed with Chesapeake Rent All's service. Ordered 2 tents for an outdoor event, their initial contact and service was good, but then they showed up with the wrong sizes and only two people to set up. They had to both go back and get the right size tents, by the time they came back and actually got set guests were already on site. It was highly unprofessional and embarrassing to my business, there's nothing worse than an unreliable vendor. I mentioned this poor experience to colleagues in the area and they told me that the owner has a history of employees with drug problems. It's only hearsay, but their performance was indicative of something going on. I've left multiple messages with the owner regarding partial refund for late delivery (clear violation of contract) but no answer, no return call. Avoid these guys, there are better vendors in the area.

Cons: Unreliable, late, poor communication
