am sorry to hear about your experience, but I don't believe that's at all accurate, regarding the situation the previous employees of Strata. They were not treated fairly and left that establishment for a new and better salon.To say that all the bad reviews were on them, would be ridiculous. I've noticed that the some reviews have been taken off, that have said that some people have left to follow the stylist that have left. And the only reputation that they have taken was the amazing job they have done at Strata and now are applying else where. I felt the need to respond and wouldn't be surprised if the owner ends up making a call to have this pulled off the site. It seems like that is what happens if she doesn't like what you say, which is ignorant to me.
