Parents be very careful of leaving your children at this rink for teen events. There are a lot of fights that break out at this facility. Children are not adequately supervised. If your child is hurt or in trouble, the staff is not very likely to come to their aid. The staff is very rude, disrespectful and non-chalant about the children's welfare during teen events there. I have personally witnessed a young staff member punch a child skating there in the face and chest. If you aren't going to be staying there, I wouldn't leave my child there alone. They have teen skate on Saturdays and all night skates for teens every couple of months where they SAY they supervise the children, but they do not. The games are not necessarily safe and children could get hurt and if they do...hope they have a cell phone to contact you because the staff will not assist. I would never take my children to this facility again.
