If you decide to use these guys, be sure to get a bid in writting, first. I hired them to repair a water leak, which I previously located and dug out myself. True, they repaired the leak, but then charged me $950 for three hours work. When I questioned them about the high rate, I was told that they charge a flat fee, based on the job. I received no credit for the work I did. Also, they left mud on the floor and walls of my mechanical room and did not properly insulate around the pipe where it enters the basement.
Pros: They eventually showed up
