Get this! We had some pretty poor service (including listening to a waitress talk incessantly about someone having an affair). As gratuity is earned, and NOT required, we decided not to leave a tip, and my friend paid with her debit card. Later that night, my friend received a text message on her cell phone that said, ""Fat b****, no tip!!"" That is INEXCUSABLE! The waitress must have looked up my friend's personal information to get her cell phone number. NOT OKAY, any way you slice it.
