I am from baltimore and consider myself a crab cake lover. I have eaten crab cakes in numerous Maryland resturants, including the famous crab cake resturant, Philips. I would give odds 10 to 1 that Maryland crab cakes are the best in the world. However, after eating Valley Stream's crab cakes, in all honesty, I would lose that bet. Maryland does have incredibly great crab cakes, but Valley Streams's are better- the Best I ever had.
