I really wanted to buy my dress here because I live in the neighborhood and it would be so convenient, but this is exactly the kind of company I don't want to support.
The space where we try on dresses is spacious- if you are there alone. I went during the week the first time and had an okay experience and so came back with my mom and (soon to be) mother in law. I couldn't believe they had 7 brides up there, all fighting for a glance in the mirror. So many of the dresses were already in other rooms and their selection is almost all modern. (I wanted something very traditional).
Our attendant was friendly, but any time I asked if I could change something about a dress (straps, neckline or back to be raised a few inches, for example) she'd reply with something like: ""Well I guess this isn't your dress."" I told her I didn't think I was the type to burst into tears at the sight of me in the perfect wedding dress, but that didnt' convince her to answer my question.
I couldn't believe the over-emotional brides and the unrealistic workers. There was one dress that I liked, but she wouldn't tell me who the designer was and with that, I took my business elsewhere.
Pros: trendy dress selection
Cons: cramped, overbooked
