My company was hired by Steve Seitz to do subcontractor work. He promised to pay us when the work was done. He is not a man of his word. He doesn't anwser phone calls, he just hides. I would think twice before hiring him, because if he subs out any of the work he is contracted to do, you might be liable to pay the subcontractor.
